“ Playing the newest episodes of one piece was diabolical! Hahah we’re 2 episodes behind and it was so hard not to glance at the tv. But let’s get to the good part. The broth was stupid flavorful. Wow just wow! So delicious and creamy I wish I could eat more. My veggie broth was delightful as well, and I’m so happy they know how to season vegetables. The gyoza was pretty good. Can’t really mess that up and the ube ice cream took my husband home. He felt like he was on the islands again with how good his food was. Will definitely be back. Also the to go bags?? The cutest!! ”

“ The atmosphere is so nice despite the area! Inside the interior is so clean and it’s aesthetic to look at, also quite spacious. Appetizers were amazing, suggest getting the fries and putting the garlic oil on it (s/o to the server for recommending it, he was amazing oo) Food was outstanding and I definitely wanna go back and try out everything! Also they have a cute machine that dispenses mysterious Pokemon it was super cute! “ This new Ramen place is Yummy !!! They are the only place I have been to that serves Lobster Ramen and it's delicious !!! Lobster is so tender and not over cooked by the soup !!! “ We had the most delightful dining experience at Mikaku Ramen! The atmosphere was cozy, the staff were super friendly, and the food—oh wow—the food was absolutely incredible. Our biggest surprise of the night? My son was one of the lucky winners of the Winner Bowl! The staff excitedly told us he was the fifth lucky winner of the day and gave us a free ramen coupon for our next visit! He was thrilled—it made the whole meal feel magical. Every dish we tried was delicious, but the real star for me was the spicy chili oil on the dumplings. It wasn’t overwhelmingly spicy—instead, it was one of those deeply flavorful sauces that makes everything it touches taste amazing. I saved the leftover chili oil and poured it into my soba noodles. The result? It tasted just like the best street-style Chinese cold noodles I’ve ever had in China! No exaggeration—this was a flavor bomb. We found out from the staff that the chili oil is their house-made secret sauce, and I highly, highly recommend asking for a side of it when you order soba. You will discover a hidden gem—the best cold noodles you’ve ever had, right here at Mikaku. I almost forgot—the milk tea was amazing too! It’s even better than what many bubble tea shops offer. This place is perfect for an afternoon treat, and I really hope they come out with more flavors! Can’t wait to come back again—this place is now one of our family favorites! ”

“ This place is already on its way to becoming a go-to spot! From the atmosphere to the food, everything was fantastic. For drinks, we had the Mikaku Old Fashion and the Chikorita—both were expertly crafted and absolutely delicious. To start, we ordered the Kara-age, and it was phenomenal—crispy, juicy, and packed with flavor. For mains, my wife had the curry chicken, which she loved. The flavors were bold, comforting, and perfectly balanced. I went with the spicy Shoyu Tonkotsu, and it was spot-on—rich, flavorful broth, just the right level of spice, and those homemade noodles were next-level. Service took a little time once we were seated, but that’s totally understandable for a new spot, and once things got rolling, everything was great. The vibe was immaculate, the servers were friendly, and even when we had to switch seats, they comped our appetizer—an unexpected but appreciated gesture. This place is already incredible, and once they work out the small kinks, it’s going to be absolutely perfect. Easily a 5-star experience—we’ll be back! ”

“ The ramen itself was fantastic. The noodles were springy and chewy and there's plenty of flavored broth to choose from. I ordered the shoyu tonkatsu and completely forgot to take a picture because I had to dive right into it! Theres plenty of toppings to choose from as well and even a custom option to pick and choose your noodle, Broth and toppings. The service was great as well, Cody was friendly and accommodating and made the experience that much better. Theres also 5 tv that all plays some sort of anime and they even have a gacha capsule for a random pokemon toy. Not to mention the random pikemon plushie laying around the restaurant making for a fun atmosphere. One of the more unique features at this restaurant is that they make their own noodles on site so I can't recommend this place enough! ”

“ Good spot for Tamaki and Ramen. We ordered the bang bang shrimp, spicy tuna roll, taioyaki, beef rib Ramen and fresh lobster Ramen. Each has flavor unique flavor. The lobster Ramen is fresh yet flavorful. Will be back if we happen to be in the area. ”
